PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet/EDGE), a provider of digital infrastructure, has announced plans to voluntarily delist its shares from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Indonet’s shares are also reportedly inactive on the BEI. This strategic step is aimed at increasing agility and execution speed amid increasingly tight competition in the digital infrastructure sector. Closer integration with Digital Edge Group is expected to facilitate decision-making and capital allocation. Through delisting, Indonet seeks to achieve more optimal strategic alignment to support long-term investment plans in Indonesia’s digital ecosystem. “We will remain focused on developing high-capacity networks and data centre infrastructure. We also target growth from hyperscale needs and AI-based workloads,” stated Indonet’s Chief Executive, Donauly Situmorang, on Monday, 27 April 2026. Additionally, Indonet announced a leadership change by appointing Donauly Situmorang as the new chief executive officer (CEO). Previously, he served as chief financial officer (CFO) since 2021. Meanwhile, the previous CEO, Andrew Rigoli, has transitioned to the board of commissioners and will continue to provide strategic guidance to the company. Management expressed appreciation for Andrew’s contributions during his leadership of Indonet, while the other directors will continue in their roles to ensure operational continuity. “2025 was a strong year for Indonet, where we successfully translated digital needs growth into tangible performance in our network and data centre businesses. These achievements reflect the strength of our platform and customer trust in Indonet as a long-term digital infrastructure partner,” said Donauly on Monday, 27 April 2026. Previously, Indonet recorded solid performance throughout 2025 with net revenue reaching Rp842.1 billion, driven by continuously increasing demand for high-quality digital infrastructure. Indonet also noted annual growth of 22 percent in the network business and an increase of 48 percent in the data centre segment, reflecting strong momentum from enterprise, hyperscaler, and cloud-based needs.
