Indonet Appoints Donauly Situmorang as New CEO
PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet) has announced a leadership change by appointing Donauly Situmorang as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Previously, Donauly served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2021. This appointment was revealed during the company’s Public Expose on Wednesday (22/4/2026), which also outlined Indonet’s performance and future business strategies. “2025 has been a strong year for Indonet, where we successfully translated the growth in digital needs into tangible performance in our network and data centre business,” Donauly claimed in an official statement. Meanwhile, the previous CEO, Andrew Rigoli, has moved to the Board of Commissioners and will continue to provide strategic guidance to the company. Management expressed appreciation for Andrew’s contributions during his leadership of Indonet, while the other directors will continue in their roles to ensure operational continuity. Alongside the leadership transition, Indonet recorded positive performance throughout 2025. The company booked net revenue of Rp 842.1 billion, driven by high demand for digital infrastructure. The network segment grew 22% year-on-year, while the data centre business rose 48%. This growth stemmed from demand for network services and data centres from enterprise customers and cloud-based needs. The company expanded its fibre network, including the construction of underground routes connecting Jakarta to the industrial areas of Bekasi, Cibitung, and Karawang. Indonet also strengthened connectivity between data centres in the Jakarta region. Through its entity Digital Edge Indonesia, the EDGE1 facility is now fully occupied. Meanwhile, EDGE2 has reached about 70% contracted capacity by the end of 2025. Additionally, Indonet is developing a hyperscale data centre campus in the GIIC industrial area with an initial capacity of 500 megawatts, which can be scaled up to 1 gigawatt. Indonet also announced plans for a voluntary delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company stated it will remain focused on developing high-capacity networks and data centre infrastructure. The company also targets growth from hyperscale needs and AI-based workloads.
