Indonesia's Q2 2025 Investment Realisation Reaches Rp475 Trillion
Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Todotua Pasaribu announced that investment realisation in the second quarter of 2025 reached Rp475 trillion, higher than the first quarter figure of Rp465 trillion.
"In the first quarter we were already able to release a figure of Rp465 trillion, and in the second quarter we have reached Rp475 trillion," Todotua said at the Pertamina Investor Day in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the investment target for 2025 stands at Rp1,905.6 trillion. According to Todotua, investment realisation in the first and second quarters of 2025 falls within the safe category.
Todotua expressed hope that investment realisation in the third and fourth quarters of 2025 could meet the target, noting that various global economic challenges could affect investment flows.
"Currently, Bappenas predicts our economic growth will likely remain at around four to five per cent, but we must continue to have confidence in driving investment realisation growth," he said.
