“Given the complexity of issues in the digital space, we cannot work alone or rely on only one party. We must work together to protect children online,” said Fitra Andika Sugiyono during an online seminar on Tuesday.

He said the government is responsible for ensuring children’s access to the benefits of digital technology while protecting them from harmful online content and risks.

Sugiyono also highlighted Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2025 on the 2025–2029 Roadmap for Child Protection in the Digital Space, which emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders.

He added that digital platforms, parents, and educators all play important roles in creating a safe and child-friendly digital ecosystem.
