Indonesian found dead in Kuala Lumpur
JAKARTA (JP): A 21-year-old Indonesian cleaner was found dead in the New Straits Times building in Kuala Lumpur, Antara reported on Wednesday.
It identified the deceased as Muji Yanto Samian, an employee of Alam Anika Ltd. Muji's body was found hanging from a pole on the building's sixth floor. It will be brought back to Indonesia on Saturday, Fachry Sulaeman from the Indonesian Consulate in Kuala Lumpur said.
He said the consulate was waiting for the police to establish whether Muji was murdered or had taken his own life.
Latest reports say there were about 1.5 million Indonesians working in Malaysia but a little over 470,000 came by legal means. (anr)
