Indonesian education
Thanks for publishing my article in Yesterday's issue of the Jakarta Post. However, the title of the article, which is not mine, is a false generalization and too provocative. I do not at all mention in my article explicitly or implicitly that nothing has been done for education. What I have been trying to underline in the article is that despite the fact that different efforts have been made both by the government and the people in the society, weaknesses are still there in many aspects of education, which need to be addressed better in the years to come. Hence my article is just "a 2002 review on Indonesian education," which is the proposed title for the article.
