Jakarta: Hardy Chandra, Chairman of the Indonesia-Thai Chamber of Commerce (INTCC), stressed the importance of strengthening Indonesia-Thailand business connectivity through sustainable cross-sector collaboration. Strategic spaces to bring together business leaders, professionals, and organisations from both countries must continue to be initiated.

This was stated at the INTCC Connect: Networking Reception, which brought together key figures from diplomatic circles, business operators, trade associations, and cross-industry professionals across the ASEAN region.

Alongside networking opportunities, the event included cooperation signing sessions, business receptions, and discussions on investment opportunities and regional collaboration.

INTCC Secretary-General Donny M Yogantoro said the forum not only strengthens bilateral business relations but also opens up cross-sector synergies, including professional and legal services.

‘We aim to create a platform that brings together various strategic sectors to foster healthy and mutually supportive business relationships. The presence of professional institutions, including law firms, is crucial in building a trustworthy investment ecosystem,’ Donny stated on Sunday, 24 May 2026.

‘Probus Consilium’s participation in INTCC Connect is part of our effort to remain close to the international business ecosystem,’ said Naik Henokh Parmenas.

He added that support for foreign investment and bilateral trade will continue. The organisation has facilitated millions of dollars in foreign investment into Indonesia and continues to innovate.

‘We believe good legal services must provide security while supporting clients’ sustainable business growth,’ he said.

The warm and exclusive event was attended by Indonesia’s Ambassador to Thailand Hari Prabowo, representatives from international trade organisations, regional company leaders, and other ASEAN business communities.

Under the theme ‘Connect, Engage, Grow Together’, INTCC Connect 2026 serves as one of Indonesia-Thailand networking forums strengthening cross-sector collaboration in Southeast Asia.
