Jakarta — PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Indonesia’s stock exchange, has suspended trading in shares of PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) effective from the first trading session on Monday, 16 March 2026.

The suspension follows significant cumulative price increases in UDNG shares over recent weeks. The last recorded price for UDNG stood at Rp 1,280 per share, unchanged in today’s trading.

According to Yulianto, in a BEI disclosure statement on Monday, the temporary suspension was implemented to provide investors with adequate time to carefully consider available information before making investment decisions.

BEI has urged investors and other stakeholders to carefully review disclosure information issued by the company before making investment decisions.

In a separate announcement, BEI also lifted the trading suspension on PT Alakasa Industrindo Tbk (ALKA), allowing investors to resume transactions in ALKA shares from the first trading session on Monday in both the regular and cash markets.

On reopening, ALKA shares plummeted to trigger the automatic rejection floor (ARB), falling to Rp 930 per share, representing a decline of 160 points or 14.68 per cent compared to the previous closing price.
