Indonesia Stock Exchange Revokes Membership of PT Yugen Bertumbuh Securities
Jakarta – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has revoked the Exchange Membership Approval Letter (SPAB) of PT Yugen Bertumbuh Securities. The decision became effective on 13 March 2026.
“The revocation of exchange membership is based on a request for withdrawal of exchange membership approval submitted by PT Yugen Bertumbuh Securities in accordance with section III.1.1 of Regulation number III-G concerning Suspension and Revocation of Exchange Membership Approval,” stated BEI management in an information disclosure on Friday, 13 March 2026.
BEI noted that the company previously held an SPAB with number SPA-B-120/JATS/BEJ-1.1/V/1995, which was issued on 22 May 1995. The company was registered with exchange member registration number 173 and member code IP.
This step is part of an administrative process in accordance with the request submitted by the securities firm. With this revocation, PT Yugen Bertumbuh Securities no longer holds the status of exchange member at BEI.
