Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has begun closely monitoring Unusual Market Activity (UMA) patterns for four stocks simultaneously, starting Wednesday (1/9/2026). These issuers are under surveillance due to abnormal share price increases.

The four issuers are PT Indo Acidatama Tbk (SRSN), PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH), PT Royalindo Investa Wijaya Tbk (INDO), and PT Bank Of India Indonesia Tbk (BSWD).

Citing IDX information disclosure, these stocks are exhibiting movements outside of normal patterns. This measure is taken to protect investors, particularly shareholders of the aforementioned companies.

“The announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market laws and regulations,” the IDX management wrote, as quoted from its official website.

“Regarding the occurrence of UCA on SRSN shares, we wish to inform you that the Exchange is currently scrutinising the development of this stock’s transaction patterns,” it added.

According to market data, SRSN shares fell 4.48% to Rp128 per share at the start of today’s trading. Conversely, the chemical company’s shares have risen by 37.63% over the past month and have increased by 106.45% year-to-date.

With this announcement, investors are expected to pay attention to the issuers’ responses to the Exchange’s requests for confirmation, monitor issuer performance and information disclosures, re-evaluate planned corporate actions if they have not yet received General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) approval, and consider various future possibilities before making investment decisions.

Similar to SRSN, the IDX is also paying special attention to RSCH shares due to transaction volatility deemed unusual. During today’s trading, RSCH shares fell 3.81% to the level of Rp505. The hospital operator’s shares were observed to have risen by 48.53% over the monthly period and 23.17% year-to-date (YTD).

Furthermore, the company INDO is also being scrutinised by the IDX due to unusual transactions. Throughout yesterday’s trading, this issuer fell 1.20% to the level of Rp164 per share. Over the past month, its shares have declined by 9.39%, while year-to-date, they have risen by 52.05%.

Additionally, the exchange is highlighting the trading of BWSD shares. The banking stock has remained stagnant at the level of Rp2,880, while its shares have risen by 92.00% and 208.02% over the monthly and year-to-date periods, respectively.
