Indonesia Stock Exchange Closely Monitors Three Issuers Amid Unusual Trading Patterns
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is closely monitoring the trading of shares in PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk (SFAN), PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), and PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (OMRE) due to indications of unusual trading patterns in the movement of these three issuers’ shares.
This measure has been taken to protect investors, particularly shareholders of SFAN, SSMS, and OMRE. The shares of these three issuers have been classified as exhibiting Unusual Market Activity (UMA).
However, the announcement of Unusual Market Activity does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations and legislation.

“The Exchange is currently monitoring the development of this stock trading pattern,” stated IDX management through an official information disclosure on Monday, 2 March 2026.
Accordingly, investors are expected to pay attention to issuer responses to Exchange confirmation requests, monitor issuer performance and disclosure, review issuer corporate action plans if such plans have not yet received shareholder approval, and consider various possibilities that may arise in the future before making investment decisions.
