Indonesia’s investment realisation reached Rp511.8 trillion in the second quarter of 2026, marking a 7.1% increase compared to the same period last year. Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry Rosan Roeslani announced the figures during a press conference on Thursday (16/7/2026). Domestic direct investment contributed Rp254.1 trillion, while foreign direct investment accounted for Rp257.7 trillion. Geographically, investments in Java totalled Rp255.3 trillion, slightly less than the Rp256.5 trillion recorded outside Java. The investments created employment for 742,293 people, representing a 5.1% year-on-year increase.
