Kaspersky has recorded positive sales results, with global revenue growing by 4% year-on-year (YoY) to approach USD 836 million for 2025. This expansion was primarily driven by a 16% YoY increase in the company’s B2B product sales.

Indonesia, identified as one of Kaspersky’s priority markets in Southeast Asia, recorded positive performance with a business growth of 3% YoY, reflecting the rising demand for reliable cybersecurity solutions within the country. In 2025, Kaspersky’s business development continues amidst an evolving cyber threat landscape, where the company detects an average of half a million malicious files daily.

Growth in Indonesia has been largely driven by the accelerated digital transformation among corporations and government agencies, alongside increasing awareness of cyber risks targeting critical infrastructure and industrial environments. A major contributor to Kaspersky’s performance in Indonesia is the significant growth of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity (KICS), which surged by 46% YoY. The strong adoption of KICS aligns with the nation’s focus on strengthening and protecting strategic industrial sectors as part of its national economic development agenda.

As operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems become increasingly interconnected, organisations face heightened exposure to sophisticated cyber threats, including ransomware, supply chain attacks, and targeted intrusions designed to disrupt essential services. Kaspersky’s industrial cybersecurity solutions are designed to secure industrial enterprises and critical infrastructure without disrupting operational continuity, making them increasingly relevant to Indonesia’s evolving industrial ecosystem.

The high level of cybersecurity risk in the industrial sector has sustained demand for reliable protection for both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT). Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity, designed to protect critical OT equipment, assets, and networks, also saw a 25% YoY increase globally.

The top three product groups contributing to the largest sales in the Indonesian market include Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Optimum for businesses, Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations for enterprise clients, and the company’s consumer product lines, including Kaspersky Standard, Plus, and Premium packages.

“These business results underscore the strength of our strategy: we continue to grow while facing the toughest challenges. With consistent performance across all priority areas, we have maintained growth in many regions – including the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. We will continue to invest in human resources, products, technology, and business development to seize new opportunities and accelerate growth,” stated Eugene Kaspersky, founder and CEO of Kaspersky.

Defi Nofitra, Country Manager for Indonesia at Kaspersky, added: “Indonesia remains a strategic growth market for Kaspersky, driven by the country’s accelerating digital transformation and increasing awareness of cybersecurity risks across various industries. The remarkable 46% growth in Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity reflects how organisations in Indonesia are prioritising the protection of their operational technology and critical infrastructure. As industrial sectors become more interconnected, cybersecurity can no longer be viewed as an optional investment, but as a vital business driver to ensure resilience and sustainable growth.”
