Indonesia Receives Another Falcon 8X Aircraft

Indonesia has once again received a Falcon 8X aircraft produced by Dassault Aviation, a French aerospace company that also manufactures the Rafale fighter jet. The VVIP transport aircraft arrived at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) in East Jakarta on Sunday (10/5/2026). The Falcon 8X with tail number A-0804, complete with TNI Air Force markings, was photographed by a photographer. Rico stated that the Falcon 8X A-0804 is not part of the previous purchase contract. The procurement contract for the two previous aircraft began when President Prabowo Subianto was still serving as Minister of Defence. The first unit arrived in 2022, while the second came two years later. Both aircraft are now operated by Air Squadron 17 at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base for VIP and VVIP transport needs. With the arrival of A-0804, the number of Falcon 8X aircraft in the TNI AU fleet has increased.
