Lamudi has officially launched the Indonesia Real Estate Awards 2026 as a national property awards programme integrated with the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards by Dot Property and Lamudi. The programme opens registrations for developers and property projects to receive recognition at national to Southeast Asian regional levels. The launch of the awards coincided with a regional press conference for the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Indonesia Real Estate Awards 2026 is developed based on over a decade of experience in organising property awards in Southeast Asia. The Dot Property Awards is recognised as a property awards event in several countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Meanwhile, Lamudi also has experience organising similar programmes in Indonesia and the Philippines.

Through this integration, the awards in Indonesia adopt international judging standards while still considering the local market context.

Winners of the Indonesia Real Estate Awards will advance to the Grand Final stage of the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards and compete with the best projects and developers from various countries in the region.

General Manager of Events and Awards at Lamudi Indonesia, Chandra Tirta Kencana, stated that Indonesia has a dynamic property market with numerous innovations in the residential sector as well as mixed-use projects.

“Through these awards, we want to provide appreciation to developers who bring new standards in quality and innovation, while also increasing exposure at the regional level,” said Chandra.

Judging Process and Awards Categories

Each nomination will undergo a selection and evaluation process by awards consultants and property industry professionals. The evaluation covers several aspects, such as design quality, innovation, long-term value, and impact on the community.

The event features several main categories, including:

Regionally, the platform within the SEA Connect ecosystem, which oversees Lamudi and Dot Property, reaches more than 100 million property seekers each year.
