Minister Wihaji said complaints can be filed through the ministry’s Family Facilitation Teams (TPKs), which consist of midwives and community cadres deployed nationwide to assist families at risk of stunting.

“We have also set up a complaint service. If there are any matters that require consultation, please feel free to reach out,” he said during a monitoring visit in Lebak, Banten, on Thursday.

The ministry has also established its own daycare network, known as Child‑Friendly Care Centers (Tamasya), with 3,200 units operating under strict standards and staffed by certified caregivers.

Wihaji expressed concern over alleged abuse cases at the Little Aresha daycare in Yogyakarta and the Baby Preneur daycare in Banda Aceh.

He said the ministry has requested data from victims’ families and is prepared to provide consultations and support.

He urged parents to be more cautious in choosing daycare facilities, stressing that daycare should serve as a solution for working families rather than becoming a source of new problems.

The ministry continues to strengthen child protection efforts through TPKs, in line with President Prabowo Subianto’s directive to safeguard future generations.
