Indonesia Investment Authority appoints three new directors, including former Mandiri Sekuritas chief
Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) announced that its Supervisory Board has appointed three members to the Board of Directors, including one who will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Oki Ramadhana has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Laksono Widito Widodo as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Investment Officer (CIO); and Adhiputra Tanoyo as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Risk Officer (CRO). The appointments will become effective after the completion of formalities related to relinquishment of their previous positions.
The appointments were made by the Supervisory Board at a ceremony at INA’s office on 13 May 2026. Once effective, the appointments mark the start of their terms for 2026–2031 and the end of Eddy Porwanto’s tenure as Interim CEO and Interim CRO, while he remains as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
INA Supervisory Board Chairman Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said the leadership transition is part of an effort to ensure INA can continue to carry out its long-term mandate. “As Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund, INA plays a strategic role in mobilising investment to support sustainable economic development,” he said in a press release on Thursday (21 May 2026).
The Supervisory Board believes Oki Ramadhana, Laksono Widito Widodo, and Adhiputra Tanoyo will further strengthen INA’s professionalism and institutional capacity, while ensuring INA continues to implement a disciplined investment strategy and prioritise prudence in line with Indonesia’s long-term development priorities.
“We also express our appreciation to Ridha Wirakusumah, Andry Setiawan, and Thomas Oentoro for their dedication and contributions to INA’s growth and development during this period,” added Purbaya.
Oki Ramadhana has more than two decades of experience in investment banking and the capital markets, both domestically and internationally. Before joining INA, he held several senior leadership roles in the financial services sector. Previously, Oki served as the President Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas. He earned a Doctorate in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia, and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Oki Ramadhana succeeds Ridha Wirakusumah, INA’s first CEO, who completed a five-year tenure earlier this year. Meanwhile, Laksono Widito Widodo has extensive experience in Indonesia’s capital market sector, with a career spanning the securities, equities, and market regulation areas.
