“Third, management will promptly proceed with negotiations for the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB), starting with verifying union membership at PT Indomarco Prismatama,” he continued.

Indomaret management will also pay overtime to workers working on 27 May 2026. Additionally, no sanctions will be imposed on workers who protested on 20 May 2026.

“Fourth, for workers who staged a protest on 20 May 2026, management of PT Indomarco Prismatama will take no action, deduct no wages, and impose no sanctions. Fifth, management will pay overtime to workers working on 27 May 2026,” he said.

The agreement was witnessed by the Ministry of Manpower, represented by Deputy Minister Afriansyah Noor, and was made without coercion from any party.

“This joint agreement was made while all parties were in sound physical and mental health, without any coercion, and after being read by all, signatures were affixed in the presence of the Ministry of Manpower,” he added.
