Indodax Intensifies Crypto Education, Emphasises Importance of Risk Management
PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (Indodax) is strengthening education on crypto assets amid the growing public interest in digital investments. The company views understanding risks as a crucial factor for retail investors entering the crypto market.
Indodax’s Chief Marketing Officer, Aloysia Dian, stated that these efforts are being made alongside the increasing public trust in financial services in Indonesia. She emphasised that literacy is the primary foundation in the development of the crypto industry.
“Education is an important foundation in the development of the crypto industry. Through Indodax Academy, we encourage increased public understanding to enable the application of disciplined risk management and wiser investment decisions,” said Aloysia in Jakarta on Wednesday (1/4/2026).
Indodax is also enhancing its services through feature development, improved security systems, and collaborations with partners in the digital finance sector. These steps are taken to maintain platform reliability and user protection.
These educational efforts coincide with the company receiving two awards at the Most Trusted Financial Brand Awards 2026 in the categories of crypto trading platform and digital asset custodian products, organised by Investortrust. The awards are based on an online survey measuring public trust in financial institutions.
Aloysia stated that the awards serve as an indicator of consumer trust while encouraging industry players to maintain integrity and service quality.
“With more than 9.8 million users, we have consistently promoted literacy on digital assets, crypto, and blockchain technology in Indonesia since our establishment in 2014,” said Aloysia.
Indodax conducts education through the Indodax Academy, which provides materials related to blockchain, Bitcoin, mining, and other crypto assets.
“We will continue to focus on strengthening security systems, improving service quality, and promoting the development of a healthy and sustainable crypto ecosystem in Indonesia,” said Aloysia.
