Indodana Finance Intensifies Social Responsibility Efforts to Boost Public Trust in Digital Financing Industry

Jakarta, VIVA – Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service provider, PT Indodala Multi Finance (Indodana Finance), has reaffirmed its commitment to playing an active role in supporting social activities as part of its efforts to create a positive impact on society.

The Director of Indodana Finance, Iwan Dewanto, emphasised that the company believes sustainable business growth must go hand in hand with social concern and contribution.

“For the digital financing industry, growth is no longer determined solely by the ability to provide easily accessible products and services,” said Iwan in a statement on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

“It is also determined by the level of trust that a company can build within the community,” he added.

Iwan stated that this trust is formed through the public’s experience in using the services, as well as how the company performs its role as part of a broader ecosystem.

Consequently, in collaboration with the Sahabat Donor Darah Community (KSDD), Indodana Finance organised a blood donation drive at JTOWN Mall, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, under the theme ‘One Community, A Million Stories’.

The event, which also commemorated the 6th anniversary of KSDD, successfully collected 200 bags of blood to be distributed through the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), aimed at supporting national blood stocks, particularly for residents in Jakarta and its surrounding areas.

Iwan believes that this step will strengthen the company’s image and credibility in the eyes of the public, while serving as an important foundation for building trust and maintaining long-term business growth.

“Indodana Finance remains committed to growing alongside the community, by providing benefits that are felt not only through financing services but also through various social activities that provide real contributions to public health and welfare,” said Iwan.

“Through our collaboration with KSDD, we hope this blood donation activity can provide direct benefits to the community and assist in maintaining the availability of national blood stocks,” he concluded.
