PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk approved a cash dividend of Rp1.54 trillion, or Rp468 per share, at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). President Director Christian Kartawijaya, in a statement from Bogor, West Java, on Friday, explained that the dividend equates to Rp1.536 trillion of net profit for the year 2025 attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp2.24 trillion. ‘The shareholders entitled to cash dividends are those whose names are recorded in the Company’s Shareholders Register on Friday, 5 June 2026 at 16:00 WIB,’ Christian said. Indocement noted that the cum-dividend period for the regular market and negotiation will fall on 3 June 2026, with ex-dividend on 4 June 2026. The cash dividend cum-date will be 5 June 2026 and ex-dividend on 8 June 2026. The dividend payment is scheduled for 19 June 2026 in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations. In addition to approving the dividend, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) also approved a share buyback programme with a maximum value of Rp750 billion. The buyback programme will run from 22 May 2026 to 21 May 2027. At the EGMS, shareholders also approved the withdrawal of part of the shares resulting from buybacks conducted in 2021 and 2022 via a reduction in issued and paid-up capital by 84,529,400 shares. As a result, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company changed to Rp1.71 trillion. On the agenda to change the board, shareholders approved the reappointment of Roberto Callieri as President Commissioner until the close of the AGM for the financial year 2028, to be held in 2029. The AGM also accepted Hasan Imer’s resignation as Director and appointed Benny Setiawan Santoso as his replacement to serve the remainder of the term. Additionally, Jose Maria Magrina Vadillo was appointed as Deputy President Director effective 1 September 2026. Christian expressed appreciation to Hasan Imer for his contributions during his tenure from 2008 to 2026. According to Christian, various strategic initiatives achieved during Hasan Imer’s leadership include the construction of Plant 14, increased production capacity at Cirebon and Citeureup, the launch of Semen Rajawali and Mortar Tiga Roda, and the integration of Bosowa and Grobogan cement products. ‘These achievements ensure the implementation of operating standards aligned with Indocement’s production standards, including Semen Tiga Roda,’ Christian said.
