Indocement denies rights issue plan

In reference to Indocement to launch rights issue published in
The Jakarta Post on Sept. 1, I would like to clarify that the
report of the rights issue is not true.

The subject of a news conference held by Indocement following
its extraordinary shareholders meeting on Tuesday was limited to
the results of the meeting. I never made statements related to
the rights issue plan.

I would therefore like to clarify that Indocement has no plan
to launch a rights issue.
