There is a slight error in my article entitled How to make
Indian Chapathis and Puris, published in the Sunday issue of The
Jakarta Post on Dec. 3, 1995. In the recipe "chole", after the
sentence Wash and soak chickpeas overnight, there should be the
following explanation: Next day, the peas must be cooked until
soft adding enough water, before taking out 2 tblsp.
