Independent JKN Participant in Pematangsiantar Satisfied with BPJS Health Services
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) participant in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra, Rita Zahara (54), expressed satisfaction with the healthcare services she received through BPJS Kesehatan while undergoing routine treatment for a nerve disorder.
Rita stated that the services she received during her treatment at the hospital with JKN facilities in the independent class two segment proceeded quickly and smoothly, from the registration process to the medical examination.
“The service is quite fast and I was immediately attended to. From registration to examination, everything went smoothly,” said Rita in a statement from BPJS Kesehatan in Jakarta on Wednesday.
She also appreciated the attitude of the medical personnel, whom she deemed friendly and professional in providing services to patients.
“The doctors and nurses are friendly, they speak well, all procedures are explained in detail, so I feel informed and more at ease during treatment,” she said.
Rita added that while using JKN services, she never felt treated differently from other patients, and assessed that services are provided equitably without regard to participant segment.
“Everyone is treated the same and quite well. I don’t feel any difference even though I’m a BPJS Kesehatan participant compared to others,” she stated.
“With JKN, I can seek treatment with peace of mind because there’s coverage. This is very helpful for me and my family in getting medical care, so my family and I are no longer afraid to go to the hospital,” said Rita.
Rita hopes that BPJS Kesehatan continues to enhance the quality of JKN programme services so that its benefits can be felt more widely by the public.
“I hope JKN services continue to be improved and more people can experience the benefits. This programme is very important for the health of the Indonesian people,” she said.
