Jakarta — Publicly listed shipping company PT Capitol Nusantara Indonesia Tbk (CANI) announced the resignation of Independent Commissioner Heryanto Cokro on Thursday, 12 March 2026.

Regarding this matter, the company’s business activities and operations continue to run normally. The disclosure of this resignation is in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 33/POJK.04/2014.

“The resignation will be decided upon in the General Meeting of Shareholders of the company in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and other related regulations,” as stated in the disclosure made to Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Friday, 13 March 2026.

Recently, CANI also announced that it had received a resignation letter from the company’s Chairman, Richie Limson. This information was conveyed by the company in a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Wednesday, 11 February 2026.

“The company has received the resignation letter of Richie Limson as Chairman of the company,” wrote the management in the disclosure.

Following this announcement, CANI shares fell 9.35% to the level of Rp97 at the close of the first trading session today. The company’s market capitalisation reached Rp80.84 trillion.
