Indah Kiat to issue bonds

TOKYO (Reuter): Indonesia's Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Corp PT's unit in the Netherlands will launch 20 billion yen worth of four- year samurai bonds, underwriters of lead manager Yamaichi Securities said on Tuesday.

The underwriters said the bonds issued by the unit are expected to be guaranteed by its parent company Indah Kiat.

"The terms of the bonds will be set on Wednesday (yesterday), which is one day before the official signing date," one underwriter said.
