PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) continues to strengthen its business foundation through the development of integrated physical assets alongside improvements in human resource quality and services. This is marked by the inauguration of BTN Ecopark Dago and three new branch offices on Friday (10/4/2026).

BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu emphasised that this step serves as concrete evidence of the company’s commitment to building internal capabilities while enhancing customer experience.

According to Nixon, BTN Ecopark Dago is designed as an integrated learning centre for all BTN personnel. The facility adopts a modern, collaborative, and environmentally friendly concept through a green building approach. Its presence is expected to produce superior and adaptable human resources ready to address future banking industry challenges.

“This is a strategic investment to strengthen the quality of BTNers while driving service excellence,” Nixon stated in his remarks on Saturday (11/4/2026).

With this concept, services to customers are expected to become faster, more efficient, and oriented towards customer needs. The presence of the new branch offices also expands BTN’s service network in strategic areas.

Nixon stressed that BTN’s future business growth will be determined by two main factors: the quality of human resources and the quality of services. Therefore, strengthening these two aspects is the company’s primary focus.

“With superior human resources and increasingly better services, we are optimistic about driving long-term business growth,” he asserted.

The inauguration of BTN Ecopark and the new branch offices serves as an important foundation, propelling BTN to continue transforming and enhancing its competitiveness in the national banking industry.
