Inaugurating City Officials, Robinsar Urges Top-Quality Public Services

Cilegon Mayor Robinsar inaugurated and administered the oath of office to High-Level Leadership Pratama positions and functional roles within the Cilegon City Government at the City Secretariat Hall on Friday, 24 April 2026. In his address, he stressed the importance of improving the quality of public services as the primary priority for all newly appointed officials. He noted that their experience and achievements could serve as a foundation for performing duties in their new positions. “We believe that with the integrity and potential they possess, the officials inaugurated today can bring new energy, enabling city agencies to serve the public more effectively in the future,” he stated. Robinsar also reminded that the appointments were based on the organisational needs of each city agency. Therefore, he urged all officials to carry out their duties with full responsibility and provide the best possible services. “I am confident that you understand your respective duties, responsibilities, and obligations. Provide the best services and work with full responsibility so that the needs of each OPD can be met,” he emphasised. Robinsar also paid special attention to the heads of OPDs, urging them to optimise the potential of the newly appointed employees. He stressed that all officials who have undergone competency testing should be empowered to the maximum according to organisational needs. “This inauguration is also the result of proposals from city agencies. Therefore, I ask that the inaugurated employees be utilised optimally and not wasted,” he added. Head of the Cilegon City BKPSDM, Joko Purwanto, explained that 37 functional officials were inaugurated in the event. Of that number, 15 came from the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP) which underwent nomenclature adjustments. “This change is merely an adjustment of job titles, for example, from Junior Investment Analyst to Junior Investment Placement Analyst. In addition, there is one teacher and 21 first-level analysts spread across various OPDs, such as planners in Bappeda and medical personnel in the Health Agency and others,” he clarified. For information, the inaugurated Echelon 2 officials include Hayati Nufus, who previously served as Head of DPMPTSP Cilegon City and currently heads the Population and Civil Registration Agency (DKCS) Cilegon City. Next is Eva Syarifah, who previously served as Head of the Population and Civil Registration Agency Cilegon City, and currently heads the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Agency (DKP) Cilegon City.
