INAMARINE 2026: Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Introduces Its Maritime Services
PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), or BKI, took part as an exhibitor at the INAMARINE 2026 exhibition, recently held at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, Jakarta. Through its participation, BKI introduced a range of services and products for domestic ship classification via interactive and informative promotional media, whilst also deepening public understanding of the maritime and shipping sector.
INAMARINE 2026 marks the 14th edition of the event and has become one of Asia’s leading maritime industry exhibitions. The fair brings together players from various sectors, including shipbuilding, offshore, shipyards, marine equipment, machinery and supporting materials. BKI’s participation forms part of the company’s efforts to broaden its network and introduce its services to stakeholders in the maritime sector.
The BKI booth was also visited by BKI President Director R. Benny Susanto and Director of Classification Business Operations Arief Budi Permana. BKI presented various activities to provide information and open up interaction with visitors. These included a meeting and networking area for discussions with customers and prospective clients, Digital Mini Training through videos introducing BKI’s products and technical services, Live Mini Training in the form of short educational sessions delivered directly by BKI personnel on the company’s services and products, digital mini games, and the provision of promotional materials and service brochures, particularly those relating to domestic ship classification.
Responding to BKI’s participation in INAMARINE 2026, BKI President Director R. Benny Susanto viewed the forum as a space for the company to hear industry needs and developments at closer quarters. “BKI’s participation in INAMARINE is part of our efforts to remain close to the industry. Here we can meet customers, prospective customers and other industry players, whilst directly observing the developments and needs of the maritime sector,” said Benny.
Through its participation in INAMARINE 2026, BKI continues to strengthen its role in supporting the development of the national maritime sector by disseminating information, providing education and introducing services relevant to industry needs.
