Inaco to List on IDX, Targeting Rp 392 Billion in IPO

Food and beverage producer Inaco, PT Niramas Utama Tbk, will soon conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company, with the stock code JELI, is scheduled to list its shares on the exchange on 7 July 2026.

According to the preliminary prospectus, JELI is offering 350 million shares, representing 25.93 percent of the issued and fully paid-up capital after the IPO, with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share. The offering price to the public is set at Rp 900 to Rp 1,120 per share. Through this IPO, JELI hopes to raise Rp 392 billion.

In the prospectus, management stated that approximately 51.04 percent of the IPO proceeds will be used for an equity capital injection into its subsidiary, PT NPS. Around 18.36 percent will be allocated for capital expenditure to purchase machinery. Approximately 10.63 percent will be used to repay part of the principal of short-term debt, while the remaining 19.97 percent will serve as working capital.

PT Niramas Utama assesses that the food and beverage industry, particularly the dessert segment, has strong fundamentals and sustainable growth prospects in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Industry, the food and beverage industry contributes approximately 7.13 percent to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

"This relatively stable performance demonstrates that the food and beverage sector has a high level of resilience to economic dynamics, thereby providing a broad market base for the company to continue developing its business sustainably," management wrote in the preliminary prospectus, quoted on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

In JELI’s IPO process, PT Sucor Sekuritas acts as the underwriter. The bookbuilding period runs from 15 June to 22 June 2026. The public offering period will then take place from 1 to 3 July 2026, with the stock listing on the exchange scheduled for 7 July 2026.
