PT Niramas Utama Tbk. (JELI) will conduct an initial public offering (IPO) of 350,000,000 shares, equivalent to 25.93% of its issued and fully paid capital, with a nominal value of Rp100 per share. According to its prospectus, the shares offered to the public are priced in the range of Rp900 to Rp1,120 per share. JELI expects to raise fresh funds of up to Rp392,000,000,000. Approximately 51.04% of the IPO proceeds will be used for a capital injection into its subsidiary, PT NPS, in the form of equity. Around 18.36% will be allocated for capital expenditure to purchase machinery, including but not limited to the acquisition, settlement, and installation of production machinery, equipment, and supplies, aimed at increasing warehouse storage capacity and accelerating logistics processes. About 10.63% will be used to repay part of the principal of short-term debt, while the remaining 19.97% will serve as working capital. To facilitate this corporate action, JELI has appointed PT Sucor Sekuritas as the underwriter and securities issuance executor.
