President Prabowo Subianto gathered former aides and bodyguards during his active service in the TNI. The gathering was organised by Prabowo at his private residence in Hambalang, West Java. Prabowo and the former aides were seen gathered in a wooden-architecture room typical of the Hambalang residence. Secretary to the Cabinet (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya said the guests were former aides and guards of Prabowo during his service in Kostrad and Kopassus. ‘A short story on Sunday afternoon. President Prabowo Subianto called and met with all his former aides and bodyguards during his service in Kostrad and Kopassus, or when he was still active in the TNI 30 years ago,’ Teddy said in the accompanying post. Teddy said some of the seniors are still active in the TNI. Meanwhile others are already retired and employed in his private company. ‘Some of the aides and bodyguards are still active in the TNI today. Others have retired but are employed in his private company,’ he said. During the moment, Teddy added, one colleague recounted that his son has progressed in his career after being educated by Prabowo. ‘Not only that. One of them also said that the son educated by the President has now become a graduate and has secured a job,’ he said.
