In Front of Prabowo, Attorney General Reveals PKH Task Force Contributes Rp 371 Trillion to the State
The achievement was conveyed by Burhanuddin to President Prabowo Subianto during the handover of seized assets from corruption cases and administrative fines for the misuse of forest areas worth Rp 11.4 trillion to the state.
“We need to convey that the PKH Task Force, since its establishment in February 2025 until now, has successfully saved state financial assets amounting to Rp 371,100,411,043,235,” said Burhanuddin while reading the report at the Attorney General’s Office Complex in South Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026).
The entire achievement is counted since the formation of the PKH Task Force in January 2025. That amount, according to Burhanuddin, is an accumulation from several stages of deposits of money as a form of recovery of losses to the state treasury. Here are the details:
- First stage deposit on 20 October 2025 (CPO/Palm Oil Plantation)
Rp 13,255,244,538,149;
- Second stage deposit on 24 December 2025 (Administrative Fine for Forest Areas & PNBP for Corruption Cases)
Rp 6,625,294,190,469;
- Third stage deposit on 10 April 2026 (Administrative Fine for Forest Areas & PNBP for Corruption Cases)
Rp 11,420,104,815,858;
- Deposit to the State Treasury related to PKH Task Force:
A. Deposit of PBB Tax and PNBP for 2025 worth Rp 2,306,292,710,054;
B. Deposit of Tax from PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara for the period ending 31 December 2025
Rp 453,928,316,611;
- Escrow Account from the Management of Evidence from PT Duta Palma
Rp 1,000,000,000,000;
- Estimated value of forest area assets seized covering 5,888,233.57 Ha (Rp 57,106,648.83/ha).
The Attorney General, as Deputy Chair I of the PKH Task Force Directorate, emphasised that all these achievements are a form of law enforcement to provide real impacts on welfare.
“Strong, intelligent, and targeted law enforcement can improve governance, restore state losses, create a healthy business climate, and provide real impacts on the national economy and people’s welfare,” he stated.
Therefore, he stressed that law enforcement must be firm in order to maintain national stability. According to him, the state must not lose to mafia practices that exploit Indonesia’s forest wealth.
“Therefore, the state is constitutionally responsible for realising social welfare through an active role in managing protection and national interests,” added Burhanuddin.
