In 2026, Lamongan Regency to Reconstruct 56 Road Sections Totaling 40 Kilometres

LAMONGAN - The Lamongan Regency Government is once again accelerating the realisation of road infrastructure through the Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan (Jamula) programme in the 2026 fiscal year. The main focus this year targets the reconstruction of 56 strategic routes with a total length of 40 kilometres. This step represents a systemic effort to erode inter-regional disconnections while optimising logistics distribution in people’s economic centres. Through improved accessibility, barriers to mobilising agricultural products and trade commodities are projected to decline significantly. “The Jamula 2026 programme is a manifestation of the government’s commitment to providing equitable quality infrastructure. Currently, all work packages are in progress, covering calculation phases, aggregate spreading, to permanent concreting,” said the figure familiarly known as Pak Yes in an official statement on Thursday (14/5/2026).
