Imsakiyah and Friday Prayer Times for West Jakarta Residents on 6 March 2026

The 16th day of Ramadan 1447 AH in West Jakarta falls on Friday, 6 March 2026. Residents are urged to maintain health and devotional focus as the government, through the Ministry of Religious Affairs, provides imsakiyah timetables and prayer times to guide timely fasting. The start of Ramadan 1 Ramadan 1447 AH was set on Thursday, 19 February 2026, after an Isbat Session at the Jakarta office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, chaired by the Minister Nasaruddin Umar. The Isbat Session involved Islamic organisations, falak experts, and astronomy institutions, using a method that integrates hisab calculations and rukyatul hilal observations. Although the start date differs from Muhammadiyah, all communities are urged to respect one another.
