Imsak and Subuh Prayer Times for Today, Thursday 26 February 2026
Today, Muslims are observing the fast for the eighth day of Ramadan, 1447 Hijri, Thursday (26/2). As the times for the pre-dawn meal (Sahur) and the Subuh prayer differ in each region, the Imsak schedule serves as an important reference for Muslims before commencing their fast. This is because Imsak marks the time for Muslims to prepare for fasting when the Subuh prayer call is sounded. The Imsak and Subuh prayer times in Indonesia are not uniform across all regions. Therefore, people need to adjust their worship times according to the schedule applicable in their respective areas. The following is the Imsak and Subuh schedule in several cities in Indonesia, as quoted from the Imsakiyah Schedule on the website of the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance. Starting from the island of Sumatra, specifically in the city of Medan, North Sumatra, the Imsak time is recorded at 05:12 WIB and the Subuh prayer at 05:22 WIB. In the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, the Imsak schedule falls at 04:32 WIB. Meanwhile, the Subuh prayer will be called at 04:42 WIB. Moving to the city of Yogyakarta, the Imsak time is at 04:17 WIB and the Subuh prayer at 04:27 WIB. And in the province of North Sulawesi, specifically in the city of Manado, the Imsak time is recorded at 04:26 WITA and the Subuh prayer is called at 04:36 WITA.
