Generally, teachers in Indonesia, particularly those teaching
at elementary schools in remote places, are poorly paid.

To show the people that the government in its first 100 days
can improve things in the educational sector, the salaries of
elementary school teachers assigned to remote places must be
immediately raised. The government should also find out how much
other countries, like Malaysia, Britain and Holland, pay their
teachers.

The government must allocate special funds in its budget for
this salary increase.
