Improve public services: Surjadi

JAKARTA (JP): Governor Surjadi Soedirdja has asked City Hall
civil servants grouped in Korpri to improve public services,
Antara reported yesterday.

"Civil servants must be creative in serving the public and cut
any unnecessary bureaucratic chains," the governor said at the
Jakarta Korpri's 7th working meeting yesterday.

Korpri is the official civil servants' organization affiliated
with the ruling organisation, Golkar.

Surjadi also asked Korpri members to set a good example for
