Implementing WFA, West Java Provincial Government Reminds Civil Servants to Continue Working and Deliver Optimal Performance
The West Java Provincial Government has implemented work from anywhere (WFA) and work from home for civil servants (ASN) since Wednesday (25/3) until 27 March. West Java Secretary General, Herman Suryatman, reminded ASN that the three days of WFA implementation are not a holiday, but rather an opportunity to continue working from anywhere. “The output must be clear, visible, and transparent. ASN’s work must be accountable, and individual performance targets must be met,” he stressed while touring the Gedung Sate on Wednesday (25/3/2026). Herman emphasised that the most important aspects are the results, benefits, and impact of the work carried out by ASN. All activities must be felt and have a positive influence on the people of West Java. Three things that ASN must not forget, according to Herman, are that they work for the development of West Java’s society, community empowerment, and providing the best public services to residents. “Give the best to the community. We encourage regional apparatus and direct service work units that must already be working and providing direct services. We give the best to the community,” Herman asserted.
