The earnings growth was supported by a 29.7% YoY increase in net revenues, which reached IDR 2.5 trillion in 1H2026 compared to IDR 1.9 trillion in 1H2025, driven primarily by resilient demand in the domestic market. Financial momentum accelerated in the second quarter (2Q2026), with net revenues rising 33.9% YoY to IDR 1.3 trillion and net income surging 70.3% YoY to IDR 244 billion.

Despite the positive results, company leadership pointed to external risks affecting the broader market environment.

“The recent escalation in geopolitical tensions underscores that uncertainty remains one of the factors we need to closely monitor. These conditions continue to affect the smoothness of raw material supply and the normalization of raw material prices,” said Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo, President Director of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk.

To navigate these challenges, the company plans to focus on operational discipline while adapting to market shifts.

“As we go into the second half of the year, we remain focused on maintaining operational continuity and executing our strategy with discipline, while continuing to monitor external developments and adjust our approach in response to evolving market dynamics,” Haryanto added.

Key financial metrics for 1H2026 also demonstrated significant operational improvements:

Gross Profit: Rose 36.5% YoY to IDR 1.0 trillion, with gross profit margin expanding to 40.7% from 38.6%.

Operating Profit: Expanded 43.1% YoY to IDR 551 billion from IDR 385 billion.

EBITDA: Reached IDR 654 billion, up 38.2% YoY from IDR 473 billion.

Net Income Margin: Improved to 18.1% from 15.6%.

Debt Ratios: The debt-to-EBITDA ratio improved to 0.5x from 1.2x YoY, while the EBITDA-to-interest coverage ratio increased significantly to 28.6x from 10.5x.

In line with its strategic focus, Impack Pratama’s circular economy subsidiary, PT Sirkular Karya Indonesia (SKI), officially launched “Alduro Board,” an innovative multilayer board manufactured from low-value single-use plastic waste and hard-to-recycle flexible packaging. The product launch earned the company the First Winner for Best Eco Innovation Booth award at IndoBuildTech 2026.
