Immanuel Ebenezer Faces Five-Year Prison Sentence in Occupational Health and Safety Certification Corruption Case
The defendant in the alleged extortion case involving the processing of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificates at the Ministry of Manpower, Immanuel Ebenezer, appeared for the sentencing hearing at the Corruption Court in Jakarta on Monday (18/05/2026). The Public Prosecutor has demanded a five-year prison sentence for Immanuel Ebenezer, along with a fine of Rp250 million, or a substitute 90 days of imprisonment. Meanwhile, other defendants, including Temurila, Miki Mahfud, Fahrurozi, Hery Sutanto, Subhan, Gerry Aditya Herwanto, Irvian Bobby Mahendro, Sekarsari Kartika, Anitasari Kusumawati, and Supriadi, are facing prison sentences ranging from three to seven years.
