IMJS Establishes New Subsidiary Indomobil Global Ventura - BCA Securities

PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS) has established a new subsidiary named PT Indomobil Global Ventura (IGV). The establishment of this company is part of the company’s strategic move to strengthen and expand the group’s business ecosystem.

According to IMJS’s information disclosure dated 2 September 2026, the establishment of IGV was ratified through the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0069832.AH.01.01.Year 2026, dated 31 August 2026, regarding the Ratification of the Establishment of the Limited Liability Company PT Indomobil Global Ventura. The establishment was also formalised in Deed Number 4 dated 12 August 2026, prepared by Notary Hayik Lana Lie Ulin Nuha, S.H., M.Kn.

IGV was established to act as a strategic investment instrument to support, strengthen, and expand the business ecosystem of the Salim Group.

In conducting its business, IGV’s activities include financing through capital participation and/or financing for a specific period to support the business development of business partners or debtors, venture capital management, and other business activities conducted conventionally.

The shareholding structure of IGV consists of IMJS holding 49,998 shares or 99.998%, while PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng holds 1 share or 0.002%.

IMJS stated that the establishment of this new subsidiary aims to fortify the company’s fundamental position as a holding company. This synergy is expected to support the business lines of existing subsidiaries that currently operate in the services, transportation, trade, and workshop sectors.

Furthermore, IGV is expected to be able to fund partner companies within the holding’s supply chain. Consequently, the presence of IGV is intended to create a more comprehensive and diversified business ecosystem efficiency.
