IKN Authority Spokesperson Troy Pantouw Dies in Nusantara Civil Servant Flat

The Spokesperson for the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) Authority, Troy Harold Yohanes Pantouw, was found dead in his room at the civil servant flats (rusun ASN) in Nusantara today. His body was immediately flown to Jakarta following a medical examination at the local hospital.

Deputy for Development Control at the IKN Authority, Thomas Umbu Pati Tena Bolodadi, stated that Troy was taken to Hermina Hospital IKN at around 12.45 WITA, where doctors confirmed his passing. “He was taken to the hospital around 12.45 WITA and immediately examined by the medical team. At 14.25 WITA, the doctor confirmed he had passed away due to natural causes,” Thomas said on Saturday (25/7/2026).

Thomas confirmed that based on the initial physical examination, there were no suspicious signs on the body. The family has informed authorities that Troy had a medical history of hypertension and took medication daily to manage his condition.

Following administrative procedures and a final tribute at Hermina Hospital IKN, the body of Troy Pantouw was flown to Jakarta. Authorities estimate the body will arrive at the funeral home in Jakarta on Sunday morning (26/7).
