IIF Records Net Profit of Rp185.3 Billion in 2025
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) announced a net profit of Rp185.3 billion in 2025, representing a 51.2 per cent increase from Rp122.5 billion the previous year.
"This growth drove a significant improvement in the return on equity ratio to 5.5 per cent, up 120 basis points year-on-year," said IIF President Director and CEO Rizki Pribadi Hasan in an official statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
The 2025 performance included a 44 per cent year-on-year rise in net interest income to Rp536 billion, underpinned by an 11 per cent decline in cost of funds and a 6.5 per cent increase in interest income to Rp1.3 trillion.
Non-interest income from treasury activities also nearly tripled to Rp42.3 billion, offsetting a decline in advisory fees. Operating costs remained well controlled, yielding an improvement in the operational efficiency ratio to 54.6 per cent, an enhancement of 441 basis points year-on-year.
Total assets grew 5 per cent year-on-year to Rp15.4 trillion, supported by a 2 per cent increase in earning assets. The net non-performing finance ratio stood at 3.75 per cent as at 31 December 2025, slightly up from 3.41 per cent the year before.
"We are grateful for the financial performance achieved in 2025, yet we recognise the need to accelerate infrastructure development in a challenging environment. IIF stands ready to support that growth through a range of products and strong capital foundations," Rizki said.
"Our cost of funds has declined and our capital adequacy ratio remains robust at 43.7 per cent. We continue to strengthen liquidity and diversify funding, targeting up to Rp3 trillion in 2026," he added.
He also highlighted the partnership with FinDev Canada as part of efforts to reinforce commitment to sustainable infrastructure development. The collaboration will support low-carbon economic growth in Indonesia through financing of sustainable infrastructure projects.
In 2025, IIF contributed to generating 709.9 megawatts of renewable energy, powering more than 709,900 households and reducing annual CO2 emissions by 4.92 million tonnes. The company also helped provide clean water access to approximately 7.2 million people and improved community welfare through the development of healthcare facilities.
"IIF's achievements in 2025 were recognised through various national and international awards, including the Asia Sustainability Report Rating (ASRRAT) 2025, the ESG Award 2025 from Yayasan Kehati, the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025, and The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2025," he said.
