PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) is strengthening its capital base after raising Rp655.5 billion through the issuance of bonds and perpetual securities. The funds will be used to expand financing for sustainable infrastructure projects amid growing investment needs in priority sectors. IIF issued bonds worth Rp435.5 billion and perpetual securities amounting to Rp220 billion. The bonds were offered in one, three, and five-year tenors with an average coupon rate of approximately 7.4 percent per annum, while the perpetual securities offered a yield of eight percent per annum. Approximately 83 percent of the instruments were absorbed by asset management firms and insurance companies, with the remainder taken up by corporations, retail investors, and pension funds.

President Director and Chief Executive Officer of IIF Rizki Pribadi Hasan stated that the capital strengthening will enhance the company’s ability to support infrastructure projects that deliver economic, social, and environmental impact. He noted that IIF acts as a catalyst in the financial industry by mobilising private capital to support sustainable infrastructure development, including in the connectivity, digital infrastructure, and health sectors.

Alongside the capital strengthening, IIF has also garnered several international recognitions. The company received The Biggest Sustainable Impact – Nonbank Financial Institution award at the FinanceAsia Awards 2026, the Innovative Deal of the Year at the Asian Banking and Finance Corporate and Investment Banking Awards 2026, and the ADB 2025 Project Implemented Award for Outstanding Social Safeguard Implementation. IIF was also shortlisted as one of the top five nominees for the Environmental & Social Risk Management Pioneer Award at the ASEAN Risk Awards 2026. Rizki Pribadi Hasan affirmed that IIF will continue to enhance its financing, advisory, and risk mitigation services to accelerate sustainable infrastructure development in Indonesia.
