PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (PT IIF) has declared its readiness to proceed with the principal payment of the Sustainable Bond II Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Phase I Year 2023 Series B, which is set to mature on 22 December 2026. The principal value of the bonds prepared for settlement amounts to Rp245.06 billion.

This statement was conveyed by the management of PT IIF via official letter number S.11471/IX/IIF/2026, addressed to the Director of Corporate Valuation at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta.

Eri Wibowo, the Finance Director and Interim Investment Director of PT IIF, explained that the company has prepared a funding strategy to meet the bond debt payment obligations. PT IIF plans to settle the maturing debt by utilising funds from a new bond issuance or debt refinancing.

“The new bond issuance is targeted at Rp2 trillion and is expected to be issued by the end of November 2026,” stated Eri Wibowo in his announcement.

In addition to the plan for new bond issuance, PT IIF also noted a strong liquidity position. As of 30 June 2026, the company still maintains undrawn bank credit facilities totalling Rp2.65 trillion.

These facilities can be utilised at any time to support funding requirements or the payment of the company’s financial obligations. PT IIF management emphasised that fulfilling financial obligations to bondholders in a timely and accurate manner remains the company’s primary commitment.
