IIF channels Rp485.5 billion in financing to develop heart hospital in Bogor
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) has channelled financing amounting to Rp485.5 billion for the development of a specialised heart hospital in Bogor to improve access to cardiovascular healthcare services. IIF President Director/CEO Rizki Pribadi Hasan stated that support for the health sector is part of the company’s commitment to strengthening social infrastructure. “Support for the health sector is part of IIF’s commitment to strengthening social infrastructure that directly impacts the quality of life of the community,” said Rizki based on his statement in Jakarta on Thursday. The financing is provided to PT Bogor Kardia Indonesia for the construction of healthcare facilities with a capacity of up to 98 beds. The development of this hospital is expected to reduce the community’s dependence on healthcare referrals to Jakarta or abroad. In addition, the facility is intended to accelerate the handling of patients with heart disease who require immediate medical intervention. IIF stated that this financing is part of efforts to promote equitable access to quality healthcare services in various regions. The facility will serve hundreds of thousands of patients each year as part of support for the national health system. The company also stated that it continues to enhance infrastructure financing services through the provision of long-term funding, competitive interest rates, and the application of social and environmental standards. Through this financing, IIF hopes to support the strengthening of the national health system while improving the quality of healthcare services for the community.
