IHSG Today 30 June 2026: Falls Again to 5,801 Level

The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) opened lower at the start of trading on Tuesday morning, moving into negative territory. Based on trading data, the composite index corrected by 19.34 points, or 0.33%, bringing the index to a position of 5,801.45. This decline reflects cautious sentiment among investors at the opening of today’s trading session. A similar condition also affected the group of blue-chip stocks. The LQ45 index, which tracks high-liquidity and large-market-capitalisation stocks, recorded a deeper decline compared to the overall composite index. The LQ45 index was observed to have fallen by 4.02 points, or 0.70%, to 568.99 in the early minutes of trading. Analysts predict that the movement of the IHSG throughout the day will be heavily dependent on the sentiment surrounding the release of domestic economic data and the performance of regional Asian bourses. Investors are advised to continue monitoring trading volumes and net sell actions by foreign investors, which could influence the stability of the index until the closing session.
