IHSG Session I Surges 52 Points, Three Shares Record Highest Gains in LQ45 Lineup
Jakarta — The Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) successfully broke a sharp correction trend. The IHSG strengthened 0.71 per cent or 52.14 points to 7,389.51 in the first session of Tuesday, 10 March 2026 trading.
The IHSG’s movement remained within the range of 7,373 to 7,500. Transaction value reached Rp 10.55 trillion and transaction volume stood at Rp 20.04 billion with a total of 1.21 million transactions.
The majority of stock sectors recorded positive results, with only the energy sector declining by 0.16 per cent.
The raw materials sector led gains at 3.08 per cent, followed by the industrial sector rising 2.49 per cent and the cyclical consumer sector jumping 1.47 per cent.
From a technical perspective, the Phintraco Sekuritas analysis team observed the continuation of negative histogram formation in the MACD indicator. Meanwhile, the Stochastic RSI indicator remained in oversold territory.
“We estimate the IHSG has the potential to move within the 7,375–7,400 range in the afternoon trading session,” according to Phintraco Sekuritas analysts in their daily research on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.
Phintraco Sekuritas also reported that listed companies successfully recorded the highest price increases through the midday trading session. Below are the three top gainers in the 45 leading shares (LQ45) lineup.
PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA)
MBMA shares surged double digits by 14.39 per cent or 96 points to 775.
PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (EXCL)
EXCL shares strengthened 7.36 per cent or 190 points to level 2,770.
PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI)
MAPI shares followed with a gain of 7.11 per cent to position 1,205.
