IHSG Session I Falls 133 Points; Check 3 Top Gainer Shares in the LQ45 Index
Jakarta — The Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) fell 133.17 points or 1.80 percent to 7,228.94 during the first trading session on Friday, 12 March 2026.
The IHSG showed gains at the start of trading, even briefly reaching 7,334. Thereafter, the index gradually eroded, touching 7,200 as the intraday low.
Transaction values were recorded as relatively low at 7.33 trillion rupiah, with trading volume of 15.30 million shares. Trading activity was also sluggish at 908,000 transactions.
All equity sectors were in the red zone, led by a correction in the transport sector of 3.04 percent. The sectors recording sharp declines were the industrial sector falling 2.98 percent and the cyclical consumer sector dropping 2.79 percent.
The Phintraco Securities analysts’ team noted that technically, the stochastic RSI is currently in oversold territory. The MACD indicator is in negative territory and shows widening on the negative slope.
“With these conditions, the IHSG is estimated to move within the range 7,200-7,300 in the second trading session today,” the Phintraco Securities analysts’ team said in their daily research on Friday, 13 March 2026.
Despite the IHSG’s fall, several issuers managed to post positive results. Below are three top gainer issuers in the 45 leading shares index (LQ45).
PT Alamtri Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR)
ADMR share surged 4.79 percent or 90 points to 1,970.
PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL)
HEAL share leapt 2.71 percent or 35 points to level 1,325.
PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI)
AADI share strengthened 2.21 percent or 225 points, reaching 10,400.
